Your driver will meet you at the Airport and drive directly to Stepantsminda. on the way you can stop at Gudauri Panorama if there will be light already. Ananuri and Jinvali reservoir you can always visit on the way back from Shatili.
Check in local guesthouse. Have breakfast in the morning. This day you can spend resting or discuss with your driver and drive to Gergeti church and Rooms hotel for Dinner.

22 August – Juta to Roshka Wtgeorgia group tour

In the morning after breakfast your driver will take you Juta. you will meet your group near village Sno and you will drive together at the maximum point of the road.

You can leave your extra luggage at driver’s car and have only hiking necessary things with you. Driver will leave you and see you on 24 August.

Hiking guide will contact you in the morning.  They leave Tbilisi at 9:00 and they will need around 3 hrs to you.
You will hike 3 km to the village and Overnight in Juta local Guesthouse. Have dinner together in the evening. 

23 August – Juta – Chaukhi – Chaukhi Pass – Roshka
After breakfast, we will take your lunch boxes and start hiking.

Difficulty: Hard. Medium for advanced hikers.
Distance: 17.8 km – A to B
Min. elevation: 1970 m.a.s.l.
Max. elevation: 3341 m.a.s.l.
Total elevation gain: 1283 m
Total elevation loss: 1360 m
Water sources: Streams, tap or spring water in Juta and Roshka village
River crossings: 1 river crossing

Trail description: The trek is long, with a steady elevation gain from Juta towards Chaukhi Pass and a steep descent towards Abudelauri Lakes. Crossing the pass is the most challenging section; the trail over the pass is covered with gravel and small stones moving under hikers’ feet. The last 400 meters before the pass are a steep uphill followed by a relatively flat section on the pass and a long steep downhill towards Abudelauri Lakes. Other sections are much gentler, covered with grass and sand.

After hike, group will depart to Tbilisi and you will stay in Roshka local guesthouse. have dinner.

24 August – Roshka → Khevsureti

After breakfast your driver will come and take you towards Shatili. On the way you can have several sightseeing stops including Datvisjvari pass.  Once reaching guesthouse, you can explore Shatili village.

25 August – Shatili → Tbilisi

After breakfast, you can explore Mutso and Anatori burials and go back towards Tbilisi.

on the way to Tbilisi you can have stops at Jinvali reservoir and visit Ananuri fortress if you require it. 

Driver will take you to your hotel in Tbilisi.

You can book your preferred hotel in Tbilisi  25-30 august through booking.com since theres a lot of options. Please avoid Rustaveli street to liberty square since theres road construction working and it doesn;t have street access anymore.

26 August – Mtskheta & Uplistsikhe one day tour from Tbilisi

Private day tour from Tbilisi to Mtskheta Old Town and Uplistsikhe Cave Town. Tickets included. After your breakfast your driver will pick you from hotel and take you to Uplistsikhe cave town. On the way back you have visit to Old capital city mtskheta – Svetitskhovali catherdral, old town and Jvari monastery. Trasnfer back to your hotel in Tbilisi.

27 August – Kakheti One day tour from Tbilisi

After breakfast your driver will pick you up from Hotel. Private Kakheti day tour including Sighnaghi and bodbe with winery visit.  on the way Georgian traditional bread making masterclass. wine tasting included in KTW winery. 

28 August – Free day in Tbilisi

You can relax and enjoy the city. You can also book a sulfur bath at Chreli Abano directly through their website.

29 August – Free day in Tbilisi

Another free day to explore Tbilisi or just relax before your flight.

30 August – Airport transfer

We will arrange your airport transfer for your 5:00 AM departure. Driver will pick you up at 2:00 Am.
