WT Georgia founder and the main driving force behind the project. Natia has been hiking across the region since she was 15. If there is a peak to conquer, she will be there. Always in motion, Natia leads our most intense hikes and nature adventures, including multi-day treks and expeditions to summits.
Karolina

Karolina came to Georgia in 2019 after spending eight years in Mongolia. Two months into her stay in the country, she bumped into Natia and the rest is history. Today, Karolina is responsible for designing most of the WT’s itineraries. She also occasionally guides relaxed social hikes and cultural tours.
Tornike
Wine lovers here is your new best friend! Tornike is a soon-to-be graduate of one of the best viticulture faculties in Georgia. Always eager to share his knowledge, Tornike is also an excellent hiking guide. So don’t be surprised to see him on some of the most challenging trails in the country.
Mariam
Let us introduce you to our tiniest but perhaps most courageous team members. “Little Mariam” spends most of her time on a hiking trail or conquering peaks of the Caucasus. Mariam grew up in Georgia’s most remote region, Tusheti, and nowadays leads our adventures in the area.
Giorgi
One of the best 4×4 drivers in the country, Giorgi, will take you safely through the highest mountain passes. Giorgi is also a qualified trekking guide, who works to improve his English. So feel free to jump on the front passenger seat and ask everything you always wanted to know about Georgia, cars, and mountains.
Bacho
With over a decade of experience in the tourism industry, Bacho combines extraordinary driving skills with the ultimate knowledge of the region. We seriously doubt there are roads in Georgia he hasn’t driven on. Despite a serious look, Bacho is the jester of the team, always cracking jokes and witty comebacks. The mood is always good around him.
