Join us for a creative session with The Block Printers Tbilisi, an independent, small-scale design studio dedicated to reviving the ancient art of woodblock printing.

They hand-decorate fabrics using wooden stamps carved with traditional symbols from Georgia and Central Asia, and dye them with colors made from natural ingredients like vegetables, fruits, and flowers. The result? Beautiful, eco-friendly accessories and homewares made with care and integrity.

⁣During the 3-hour session you will:⁣⁣⁣

• Learn about the dyeing process
• Paint your own woodblock stamp
• Print your design onto fabric
• Cut, wash, and fix your fabric
• Dry your piece in the garden
• Relax with a cup of tea while exploring their handcrafted shawls
At the end, you’ll take home your very own printed fabric—created entirely by you!
