Day 1
Tbilisi – Ananuri – Gudauri – Gveleti – Stepantsminda
Our guide and driver will pick you up from your chosen location in Tbilisi at 08:00 am. You will depart the capital and drive north along the famous Georgian Military Road. On the way, you will stop to admire the medieval Ananuri Architectural Complex and the Gudauri Panorama. You will also have an opportunity for a short yet intense hike to the 25-meter-high Gveleti Waterfall. In the afternoon, you will drive to Stepatsminda village, check into your hotel, and visit a local restaurant for lunch. After the meal, we will head to Gergeti Holy Trinity Church. This 14th-century church stands on the right bank of the river Chkheri at an elevation of 2170 meters. Its isolated location on top of a steep mountain surrounded by the vastness of nature has made it a symbol for Georgia. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Stepantsminda.

Day 2
Stepantsminda – Juta – Stepantsminda
Today, we will venture into the Valley of Juta to try one of the most spectacular hikes in Kazbegi National Park. The round-way hike starts at the picturesque Juta Village and takes visitors to the foot of Mount Chaukhi. The most difficult is the initial stage of the trail, which involves a relatively steep, 1-kilometer-long ascent. Later, the path becomes more even, and the hikers can enjoy a beautiful walk through a majestic mountain valley. The valley is famous for its alpine meadows, roaring rivers, and crystal-clear waterfalls. On our hike, we will aim to reach an alpine lake, Tine, perched at the foot of Chaukhi. Time permitting, we will also enjoy a nearby waterfall. In the afternoon, we will return to Stepantsminda. Overnight in Stepantsminda.

Day 3
Stepantsminda – Truso Valley – Tbilisi
After breakfast, you will leave Kazbegi and head to Truso, a spectacular mountain valley famous for its alpine landscape and colorful travertines. Your hike will start near Abano Mineral Lake. You will pass a couple of isolated villages and monasteries. You will also visit the ruins of the Zakagori Fortress, offering a lovely panoramic view of the valley.
