 ng\, we will head northeast to Pankisi Valley. Pankisi is home to a Chechen
  minority called Kists. Upon arrival\, we will meet our local host\, who wi
 ll guide us through the meanders of Chechen Kist culture. The day will be b
 usy – we will explore two Kist villages and visit a mosque and a felt wor
 kshop. We will also visit several historical attractions in the area\, such
  as the Pankisi Amphitheater. If the weather is good\, we will also climb t
 o the ruins of a watch tour built once by Chechen warriors.\nIn the afterno
 on\, we will enjoy lunch featuring delicious traditional Kist food. Time pe
 rmitting\, we may visit a local brewery making non-alcoholic beer made of m
 ountain berries (you can taste the beer for 10 gel). Return to Tbilisi in t
