 east to Pankisi Valley. Pankisi is home to a Chechen minority called Kists.
  Upon arrival\, we will meet our local host\, who will guide us through the
  meanders of Chechen Kist culture. The day will be busy – we will explore
  two Kist villages and visit a mosque and a felt workshop. We will also vis
 it several historical attractions in the area\, such as the Pankisi Amphith
 eater. If the weather is good\, we will also climb to the ruins of a watch 
 tour built once by Chechen warriors.\nIn the afternoon\, we will enjoy lunc
 h featuring delicious traditional Kist food. Time permitting\, we may visit
  a local brewery making non-alcoholic beer made of mountain berries (you ca
 n taste the beer for 10 gel). Return to Tbilisi in the evening. The end of
