 walk to Biisi Waterfall\, and enjoy time by the river. On warm days\, you c

 he hike leads through a picturesque forest along a small stream. Hikers mus
 t cross the creek several times. The path leads slightly uphill\, but the a
 scent is very manageable.\n\n \n\nItinerary:\n\n\n\nWe will leave Tbilisi 
 in the morning and head to the Tana Valley\, also known as the Ateni Gorge.
  This day is focused on enjoying nature at a relaxed pace\, with an easy hi
 ke\, fresh air\, and time by the cold mountain water.\nUpon reaching the tr
 ailhead\, we will begin walking along a narrow path passing through meadows
  and forest sections. Along the route\, we will cross a small creek several
  times. The water is usually shallow\, but depending on the season\, you ma
 y need to remove your shoes to cross comfortably.\nOnce we reach Biisi Wate
 rfall\, we will have time to relax\, take photos\, and enjoy the surroundin
 gs. After returning to the vehicles\, we will visit the historic Ateni Sion
 i Church before heading back to Tbilisi. Arrival in the city is expected in
  the evening.\nReturn to Tbilisi in the evening. End of the tour.\n\n\n \n

 The trail we will hike is not very challenging. But it includes several sha
 llow stream crossings. Wear proper hiking boots.  if its winter please wea
 r layers. bring extra shoes and leave it in the car. Trekking poles are alw
 ays helpful.\n \n\nFOOD & DRINKS\nAlways make sure you have enough drinkin
 g water. 1.5-2 litters should be enough for the day. Please make sure to b
 ring snacks - sandwiches\, dried fruit\, sweets. They will help you mainta
 in your energy level until late lunch. \n \nOTHER ESSENTIAL ITEMS\nIf you
  are prone to motion sickness\, please have medicine with you. Bring a day
